James Dias Plumbing & Heating is based in Mattapoisett, MA and services clients along the Southeastern Coast of MA. James Dias and his crew handle emergency services, along with commercial and residential plumbing and heating projects. Owning his business since 1988, James Dias is a third-generation plumber, and now with the addition of his son, the professional tradition continues.

Meet Our Team
James Dias
– A third-generation plumber, James founded James Dias Plumbing & Heating in 1988 and holds a Master and Journeyman’s Plumbing and Gas Fitters License, Pipe Fitters License, and Home Improvement Contractors License.
He is also a licensed educator for plumbing, gas, heating and pipe fitting. James is factory trained for high-efficiency gas boilers as well as OHSA safety training.
Dawn Dias
– The President of the corporation, and with 20 years of handling all their accounting needs, Dawn holds an Associate’s Degree as well as certificates in Accounting and Business Administration.
Ray Bence
– Ray has been with James Dias Plumbing & Heating for over 15 years. Ray began working for his dad in the heating industry at a young age and quickly worked his way up to management. Ray later worked for James Dias Plumbing & Heating and obtained his Journeyman’s Plumbing and Gas Fitters license.
Ray also holds a license for oil burners and is factory-trained for high-efficiency gas and oil boilers. Ray is OHSA safety-trained and also certified to operate heavy equipment.
Mike Dias
– Mike is a fourth-generation licensed journeyman plumber / gas fitter. Mike also holds a Journeyman Pipe Fitter license; he is OHSA safety-trained and certified in high-efficiency condensing boilers.
Mike is licensed to operate heavy equipment.
